About us
Captain Van, a merchant marine officer, fell in love with the island when he came for a visit, and saw a need for 2 wheel rentals in 1997. Sure...you could rent a car he surmised…but that was not the way to see a Caribbean Island...and so Capt. Van's was founded in the seaside village of West End.
